I had a truly wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace and outdoor dining area, where I could enjoy my breakfast while taking in the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The spa and wellness center was also a highlight, offering a range of treatments and facilities such as an indoor swimming pool and a sauna. I was extremely impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided by this hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff were excellent and the facilities were top-notch.

My new year stay was an absolute delight! The hotel provided the perfect mix of luxury and homeliness. The breakfast was scrumptious and ample, just what I needed after a night of celebration. The location was key, just a few minutes walk from the town center and a short drive from the scenic lake area. I was also thrilled with the spa facilities, which included a lovely pool and sauna.

I must admit, the room was a little on the cozy side. However, this did not detract from the overall experience.

I loved everything at this hotel! Perfect location, peaceful atmosphere, great spa and swimming pool. Huge and delicious breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the Turkish waiter. Truly a home away from home in Grainau. The hotel's architecture is lovely and the chef's meals were fantastic.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was an absolute delight! the staff was incredibly attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. We particularly enjoyed the generous breakfast spread with a range of fresh fruits, pastries, and cooked items. the location was fantastic, offering stunning mountain views and easy access to nearby shopping and restaurants. Plus, we loved being able to take a dip in the pool and unwind in the spa after a long day of exploring.
